Anxiety is the theme of this years Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK. Many think that anxiety is trivial, short-term, and can be waved away with a few deep breathing exercises and whale song - it can't. Anxiety, in so many forms, can be crippling for those who have to deal with it on a daily basis.
